چکیده
The functionalization of a Csp2-H bond an heteroarene with alkyne represent one the most attractive procedure for late-stage aromatic core, due to structural characteristics and synthetic versatility given by triple carbon-carbon bond. aim this review is cover significant results reported in literature regarding synthesis alkynyl-substituted five-membered heteroarenes selective direct alkynylation 1-haloalkynes analogues, or cross-dehydrogenative (CDA) terminal alkynes, without making use directing groups.

Palladium-catalyzed allylation reactions of 2-(chloromethyl)thiophenes, 2-(chloromethyl)furans, and N-protected 2-(chloromethyl)-1H-pyrroles with allyltributylstannane were described in this study.
